What happens

Dorothy is led astray from her Kansas farm onto an enchanted road with the Shaggy Man, gathering the lost boy Button-Bright and Polychrome the Rainbow's Daughter. Passing through the perilous lands of the Foxes, Donkeys, and Scoodlers, they cross the desert to Oz and arrive at the Emerald City in time for Princess Ozma's grand birthday celebration.
