Also known as a swarm of black bees, her stinging bees.
A swarm of black bees summoned by the Wicked Witch of the West to sting the strangers to death; they attack in a mass but break off all their stings against the Tin Woodman's tin body and die, since bees cannot live when their stings are broken.
