What happens
In the Gillikin Country, the boy Tip flees the witch Mombi, bringing to life Jack Pumpkinhead and the Saw-Horse with the Powder of Life. As General Jinjur's Army of Revolt seizes the Emerald City from the Scarecrow, Tip and his companions flee and enlist Glinda, who forces Mombi to reveal that Tip is truly the enchanted Princess Ozma, rightful ruler of Oz.
